Welcome!

Hakone visitor center is a nature information center located at the north side of Lake Ashi in Hakone by the Minister of the Environment, Japan.

You can stop by here for national park information, hiking maps, trails conditions, wild flower and birding information for your enjoyable visit in Hakone.

Hours: 9:00am ~ 17:00pm (last admission at 16:30)

■Close: 2nd and 4th Monday of each month (or the following Tuesday if the Monday is a public holiday), December 28 – January 3

・By public bus : Stop at No.261 bus stop of Hakone tozan bus or Odakyu highway bus

・By car : 40 free parking spaces

 2. drive 25min. from Tomei Expressway, Gotemba I.C. exit
